The resort takes care of mandatory Seaplane transfers for their guests. Trans Maldivian Airways terminal is at 10 minutes distance from Male International Arrival Terminal. So after your arrival and clearance of immigration formalities, you will be guided towards Seaplane terminal by bus.

The resort’s team will welcome you at Male International Airport and guide you towards Komandoo Airport Lounge where in you can refresh yourself with cold face towels and enjoy soft drinks, tea and coffee with some snacks till the time of your scheduled Seaplane flight departures. You must send your scheduled flight arrival and departure details directly to the resort at least 72 hours prior to arrival at Male International Airport.

Generally a Seaplane transfer to Komandoo Resort takes approximately 40 minutes of flight travel time from Male International Airport. Seaplane transfers are chargeable at a rate of USD 400 per person.

Seaplane transfers are available only during day light hours.

Standard Transfer Times: 06:00 to 15:00 hours.

Guests can also use Lounge facilities during their departures from Male International Airport at the charge of US$ 25 per person.

Baggage Instructions:

Baggage allowance for checked-in luggage is 20 kg plus hand baggage of 5 kg per person. Excess baggage over this will be charged at USD 5 per kg. Also transfer of luggage in same flight depends on the space available, in any extraordinary situation as per safety regulations and TMA policies & procedures, there may be a possibility that luggage will be transported by a later flight.
